The concept envisages 3 cubes at full development stage, with the middle cube functioning as a multifunctional and communication space.
Access is provided from the south of the property, close to the new parking lot. An outdoor area is created between the individual, slightly twisted cubes - an outdoor communication space.
A seating staircase leads to the green meadow in the north of the property and to the recultivated pond. The conceptual idea is based on the idea of flying cubes ... the compact buildings are intended to convey lightness, should "stand out" - in keeping with World Direct.
The façade openings strictly follow a grid of 1.50 m (half and quarter of 1.50 m) to facilitate flexibility in the interior. Thanks to the exposed concrete look, the new structures communicate with the existing buildings and thus create an architectural unity. The northern orientation of the buildings prevents the rooms from overheating and thus creates a pleasant working environment.
