Everything flows, the golf course flows into the chalet grounds. The architecture changes from the modern chalet type to the classic, newly interpreted type. The landscape flows from the perfect green to the meadow. This connection or transformation blends harmoniously into the property. Right next to the road, there is a water basin and an avenue of trees on one side, which extends in terraces down to the chalet level.
The restaurant and the golf club to the west are designed to be very transparent in order to immediately turn the view outwards to the golf course. A concentric "ravine" is located between the restaurant and Chalet No. 13 as a direct connection from the parking level to the golf course. The parking level is another highlight and reflects the concept of CONNECTION. Horizontal lines of sight from the park level to the golf course and vertical lines of sight through openings in the ceiling, in which trees grow up to the chalet level. The semi-public access to the chalet level is on the south side between chalets 11 and 12 via a staircase and further east along an embankment.
The landscape architecture sticks to the common thread of the concept of connection. The hilly landscape is continued and with the calming effect of a stream, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay. Further chalet highlights are being created to the east. With the spacious outdoor area on level 0, which is accessed from the sauna and the wine cellar, these previously understated chalets are reimagined in a surprising and positive way.
