The restaurant and its buffet area were completely gutted and rebuilt. Flexibility and timeless design as well as a special lighting concept were the top priorities.
Thanks to a flexible wall covering system, the new "skin" of the restaurant can be "lifted" at any time with the simplest of means. A room divider in the form of an oversized curtain that matches the color of the wall design on one side gives the impression that the wall continues and the room can be reduced by a third. On the other side, an interesting and inviting separee is created.
In the front area, a "credenza" that has been adapted and reinterpreted for the present day has taken over the function of the buffet room, inconspicuously and planned down to the last detail, it plays all the parts that such a piece of furniture requires.
In front of it is an almost 2.7 m long unique table, which is height-adjustable and can be used as a bar table, buffet table or dining table. The wood and the design of all the tables in the restaurant were all specially designed and handcrafted for this establishment, with the aim of being able to present them "naked" (i.e. without table linen). Furthermore, the entire lighting concept is also geared towards this flexibility and timeless design. The height-adjustable pendant lights, with which each guest can "communicate" individually by simply moving their hand to decide whether they want to focus more attention on the art of the wonderful chef or prefer to create a little intimacy with their loved one.
All the furniture, including the benches, can be combined individually and can also be used free-standing/all-round!
The terraces have been completely redesigned along the same lines of flexibility and timeless design. Here you will find a mobile, fully equipped outdoor bar, height-adjustable lounge tables that can also be used for lunch, a wide variety of zoning options that can also be played with using the simplest of means, thus creating a new experience for the guest and a new benefit for the restaurateur time and time again.
